The Unbuilding was part of the exhibition Septentrionalis, where I examined the shores of an unknown northern land. I found things that had lost their purpose, or that had become other things, and it was difficult to understand what was of any value and what was not. Where does one thing end and another begin? There were so many things, and such abundance, but with a growing sense that it could not last.
